a) just Classic (as all previsous releases and at the same price) or
b) Classis + Role Tailored Client at a new price level.

What is a "License"?

activeTAPI counts those users who have been configured for activeTAPI (activeTAPI setup dialog in Microsoft Dynamics NAV). In any case, the license count will be less or equal to the Microsoft Dynamics NAV user count.
